Ok, maybe just a night nurse

After looking into Au Pairs and full time nannies, we are reconsidering our needs. The cost can be quite high and then you have a "guest" in your home 24/7 for 9mos-1yr. So maybe a night nurse/nanny is what we need instead. The lack of sleep was the hardest for us last time until Aidan started sleeping thru the night. So maybe I can manage through the day if I've had a good night of sleep. I think we will have family around for the first few months, and if that happens, then that would be a great help so that Aidan can stay on his schedule/routine while I work on getting the baby on a schedule. We'll see...
